Clearly not a "raw" meal, but a tasty one nonetheless. With the produce from the Farmers Market, we made a brunch consisting of tofu bhurji (which we serve at my work, but this was my own version), skillet potatoes, and toast. I hate to toot my own horn, but it was awesome. It's so much easier to eat healthy when you enjoy cooking. Although, most the stuff I make or have made never came(s) out like planned.

ALSO! I have sold a couple more things at my store. It has re-motivated me to keep working hard. I am excited.
